What is AB 450?
AB 450 is a series of rules that restrict a California employer’s right to cooperate with the federal government absent certain safeguards, as well as requiring Employers to provide notice to employees of federal action.
Do I have to post anything if I have received a notice of inspection from an immigration agency?
Yes, pursuant to Labor Code section 90.2(a), employers are required to notify employees of an inspection within 72 hours of receiving the notification.
