On October 15th, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) filed a lawsuit against a new California law- pushing back against its enforcement of AB 288 (McKinnor)- that would allow California's Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) to hear and decide on cases related to private-sector bargaining. The NLRB argues AB 288 goes against Federal Law.
